Felicia Johnson has served as the Receptionist for St. Paul Baptist Church in Sacramento, California, for over 16 years. She also works to coordinate various church events.

Felicia became a member of St. Paul prior to her employment. As a member, she has participated in various ministries and taken multiple courses to enhance both her spiritual and personal growth. In 2003, she was one of the first students to attend the finance class, “How to Manage Your Money,” taught by Lucius Williamson, Jr., President of Williamson Solutions.

After taking this course, Felicia decided to put into practice what she had learned. She combined her money management skills with what she learned in a first-time home buyer’s course. By the her late twenties, Felicia had delved into the real estate market and purchased very her first home in Oak Park.

After three years in her home, Felicia saw her property more than double in value. As a result, she decided to use her equity to purchase her second home. A year later, Felicia endeavored to purchase her first brand new property with her loving husband, Lamont, of 8 years.

Felicia was tremendously blessed by attending “How to Manage Your Money” back in 2003. So much so, that she became a co-facilitator with Lucius Williamson for several semesters. In 2019, Felicia had the opportunity to co-facilitate with Deacon Lester Holmes of Holmes Financial a semester.
Felicia has a love for God and a passion for helping others reach their financial goals.

Blue Water Credit started during one of this generation’s toughest economic times. The economy was imploding and joblessness continues to soar. As such, families lost homes, lost their investments, and could not repay their existing debt- resulting in a surge of credit problems for the common household.

What started out as a two-person credit restoration service has now grown into a full-scale credit repair company, employing passionate case managers to personally oversee their customers’ journey to credit recovery.

To this day Blue Water Credit is one of the highest-rated credit repair companies by the Better Business Bureau. We do this by managing our business legally and handling cases ethically because we understand our customers’ needs and we understand the law.

Christopher Senegal has a degree in Civil Engineering from Southern University. He started real estate in 2008 as a single-family flipper and rental property owner. In 2013 Chris launched Invictus Development Group, a subsidiary of Invictus Properties and Holdings, to revitalize disinvested communities.
